I'm a much bigger fan of Heather's peppermint oil pills, which are much more effective for me. I found that this tea tasted awful and I had to make other tea with it to disguise the taste of it, that's how nasty it was for me. I didn't find it very effective either. I'll stick with the peppermint oil pills.

I Love This Tea! Every night I have a cup of this tea in boiling spring water and it relaxes me, controls my ibs and I'm losing belly fat weekly. I'm looking good for this spring/summer. Enjoy!

I just love this stuff!!! This is my second purchase of it and I drink it like there is no tomorrow. Although I don't suffer from IBS, I fly alot and tend to bloat and this helps to regulate me! I would definately recommend it to anyone who has tummy problems!

I don't like the taste of this tea, and it wasn't as helpful for digestive symptoms as I would have hoped. Trader Joe's makes a cheaper (but still very high quality) organic tea with fennel that tastes better.

This product works some, but it by no means totally eliminates flatulence. It may calm it down a bit, but you can still feel it. It does have a mild, pleasant taste, though.
